Located in Khedshivapur, Pune — our state-of-the-art PCB manufacturing facility is equipped with brand-new chemical process lines from Techniet Engineering and a Chinese ZBX V8 Flying Probe Testing (FPT) machine. All PCB manufacturing processes are conducted 100% in-house (except artwork plotting).
Complete Fabrication In-House
From shearing, drilling, laminating, PTH & pattern plating, etching, HASL surface finishing to FPT electrical testing — all steps are performed 100% in-house. (Only film plotting is outsourced).
Techniet Engineering Machinery
Equipped with brand-new, modern chemical process machinery from Techniet Engineering — including Etching, Brushing, PTH & Pattern plating tanks, and HASL lines.
Chinese ZBX V8 FPT Machine
High-speed Chinese ZBX V8 Flying Probe Testing (FPT) machine conducts 100% automated electrical continuity and isolation testing on every finished PCB.
